Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in CCTV installation
- Good communication Skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Good technical understanding and ability to explain to customers
- Understand advancements in technology with CCTV Systems.
- Able to configure remote access
- Able to follow plans and instructions
- Has own tools for installation purposes
- Experience with Access control, RFID, FDAS, Structured cabling, Biometrics, Video Doorphone, Solar Panels and Video Intercom is a “PLUS”.

Procurement Analyst/ Administrative Assistant

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Description:
- Handle administrative requests, queries from sales, technical, managers and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, handles incoming and outgoing phone calls. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problem
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize work
- Responsible to maintain a filing system, order materials, office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, PO, and forms
- Update and maintain office contact lists, policies and procedures
- Book travel arrangements. Submit and reconcile Expense Reports, Petty Cash
- Assist in preparing and monthly submission of BIR tax requirements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Support scheduled installation:
– Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy, quality assurance and timeliness
– Coordinate with sales and technical in preparation of required materials and equipment.
– Manage QA to ensure all materials order/deliver is accurate in accordance with the contract
– Prepare and manage check-out and check-in of equipment’s and shirts
– Prepare and manage Delivery Receipts, Sales Receipts and Certificate of Completion - Create and Manage Purchase Orders
– Processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
– Validate and Purchase Requisitions
– Resolve Administrative issues related to PO
– Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFP) - Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
– Monitor supplier performance
– Support preparation of supplier’s negotiations
– Create monthly reports on Supplier and Procurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Studies, or equivalent
- At least 1-year working experience in the related field
- Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise
- Strong proficiency in English is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are also expected.
- Working knowledge of MSWord, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Quick learner and must be willing to work independently.
