Member of US Navy SWAT Team and Security Force. Studied Political Science at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA.
In the past, Mr. Palmer held a wide range of managerial and engineering positions spanning from Program Management, Hardware and Software Test Engineer, and Principal System Engineer supporting various U.S. Government and International contracts (U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, German Navy, South Korean Navy and Australian Navy).
