Zenaida M. Palmer is ZMP’s owner. Ms. Palmer has over 20+ years of extensive background in Acquisition supporting both U.S. Government and private industries as a Subject Matter Expert.
In the past, Ms. Palmer held a wide range of managerial positions spanning from banking, mortgage, Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Accounting with various U.S. Government agencies, private companies and international clients.
Ms. Palmer studied at the University of East, Manila, and Jacksonville Community College, Florida USA in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. She is fluent in Tagalog and English.
Mary Joy M. Puno currently works as a Business Development Manager. Her expertise is marketing and managing accounts for clients.
She held various marketing and business development positions.
She obtained her Mass Communication degree from the Far Eastern University, Manila.
She is a certified CCTV expert. She speaks Tagalog and English.
In the past, Mr. Palmer held a wide range of managerial and engineering positions spanning from Program Management, Hardware and Software Test Engineer, and Principal System Engineer supporting various U.S. Government and International contracts (U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, German Navy, South Korean Navy and Australian Navy).
He is certified CCTV expert. He speaks English
